Chicken and Chorizo Paella
First time doing this. Got the pan for Christmas.

Nice work. This is one I did as an arroz con pollo, using sofrito and sazon instead of traditional paella seasoning (the puerto rican vesion of paella)

here's the valencia style I did a few weeks ago.
Attachment 74427 (note, I had to pick up my son, so instead of risking burning the paella, I took it off the weber as is. When I returned home, the residual heat wasn't enough to open the clams, so I put the clams in the microwave, they opened, and returned them to the pan. The pic was taken before the clams were finished cooking) |

That looks awesome Frankie. Ns Mike Too. All looks awesome. I love to make Paella. I make it at least 5 times per year. My employees demand that I make it for our Christmas party. Here is a thread on a Paella I made this August.
