Chicken and Chorizo Paella
 
First time doing this. Got the pan for Christmas.

Nice work. This is one I did as an arroz con pollo, using sofrito and sazon instead of traditional paella seasoning (the puerto rican vesion of paella)

here's the valencia style I did a few weeks ago.

(note, I had to pick up my son, so instead of risking burning the paella, I took it off the weber as is. When I returned home, the residual heat wasn't enough to open the clams, so I put the clams in the microwave, they opened, and returned them to the pan. The pic was taken before the clams were finished cooking)

That looks awesome Frankie. Ns Mike Too. All looks awesome. I love to make Paella. I make it at least 5 times per year. My employees demand that I make it for our Christmas party. Here is a thread on a Paella I made this August.
