Thursday's Supper (PRON)
I put a whole packer in before I left the house Thursday. It weighed 12#. I cooked this one at 270* for about 8 hours. It was soo juicy!Thought I' share a couple of pics with you's guys. ENJOY!

Good looking brisket, nice and thick. All the briskets around here have been real thin lately. THey taste fine, but the slices are skimpy looking:roll:.
