Most unique thing you've ever smoked?

I did a thin pancake and apple stuffed sausage fatty... So far...

twinsfan 08-06-2011 08:27 AM

Hmmm, probably watermelon.

jbrink01 08-06-2011 08:30 AM

Wild boar ribs at my first bbq contest - got 4th! Chocolate chip cookies on my BGE were great!

Butt_Pirate 08-06-2011 08:34 AM

Mako shark for me.

Alaskan salmon, shrimp and bear that I harvested myself. It's always better when it's a fruit of your own labor.

Smoked a goose once....man those are hard to keep lit and take a drag from

Actually...Duck, Bear, and Goose all in one smoked summer sausage...best daggum thing I've ever had in a casing.

Now THAT is some funny chit, I don't care who y'are.

I smoked an elk brisket for my brother. He insisted, I grudgingly agreed.
Far to lean a piece of meat to smoke. Good flavor, but dry and tough.

Interesting.. What'd you think about the results?

bigabyte 08-06-2011 12:42 PM

Probably a Duck Meatloaf.

Big Darb 08-06-2011 01:25 PM

Ribs from a whitetail deer - just to see how they would be. They were worse than I thought possible.

bigabyte 08-06-2011 01:31 PM

No, wait, I take that back. These ribs were probably more weird than the duck meatloaf.
