turkey fatty q
i want to do a ground turkey and ground sasauge fatty . the filling to be cranberry sauce and brown sugar. q is : is it ok to mix the pork sasauge and ground turkey together, both raw.

mmmmm that sounds fantastic, im sure it would be ok cuz the turkey would be cooked when the sausage hit's it's proper temp i gotta see pics of this got me all excited

i will post them it might be latter tonight. on a new thread with other great food. turkey fattie turkey boob kelbasa corn bread and more. think i will label it sunday football feast.

man that looks awesome. i just done 1lb ground turkey,1/2lb jd, mixed that together in a bowl, then rolled out and smeered rasberry cranberry sauce about 1/2 can then sprinkled with brown sugar, rolled up seasoned lite with butt rub. cross my fingers and pray to the bbq god's that it turns out good.
