Chicken, Sausage, and Waffles

Cooked last nights dinner on the Kamado. Chicken and Sausage on Waffles with a Blueberry Sauce.

Using the cast iron inserts I set the grill for direct and indirect cooking.

Started by placing the sauce on the indirect side to cook.

Placed chicken thighs on the direct side to grill.

Placed chicken on indirect side to finish roasting while sausage was grilling on the direct side.

Moved sausage to indirect side while toasting the waffles on direct side.

Dinner is served.

Thanks all. It did turn out good if I do say so myself. Not a blueberry was left over.
