New guy on the block

New to the forum but have been playing with smoke for some time. . Started off just setting my coals to one side on a regular grill. From there tried a propane smoker for a while and then purchased a Char Griller Kamado. Started putting out some decent q but grew tired of fighting the kamado to stay at a low temp and purchased a WSM. Since then have added a UDS and now I am a full fledged addict. My wife believes I will not be happy until the entire patio is covered with smokers. (she's right):icon_smile_tongue: I have already learned tons from this forum and still have lots to learn.

Welcome bdub. I see your in OK. I was born and raised there and left in 1998 and have been in San Diego ever since. Unfortunately for me, part of the deal (with new smokers) is that I have to get rid of one to get another one!! I'm not allowed to start a collection. Probably best that way :grin:
