Question: Next Day Burnt Ends.

If I cut away the points from two brisket I've just finished cooking, can they be saved and cubed tomorrow, or Wednesday for burnt ends? I guess my question is, will they be as good? Thanks!

They should be just fine. As long as the cube get to cook in their own rendered fat, then the results should be the same.

Yep - you will be fine! Enjoy - I haven't had burnt ends in forever!

Yes they will be great, I always use my cast iron pan and slowly warm everything and add more rub to taste while its cooking. I always have good luck with this method. Or you can take the whole point and cube and freeze it and use it in your next batch of chili;)
