Moinks look great, need some "done chicken" pron though! :biggrin:
 
i will have to do them with only buffalo next time this time i just soaked them for about 5 hrs in the franks then wrapped in bacon then cooked then about 15 min before pulled i dipped in bbq sauce then pulled after 15 min then dipped again then used the rest of the sauce for dips the buffalo flavor was lost so next time buffalo Moinks for sure

there she is the finished chicken cooked at 300 for about 1 hr then opened it up for about 30 min on 400 then shut it down and let sit for 5 min then pulled it im very happy with the skin this time no need to pull it off
