Nice smoker ... great looking Butts ...Thx for sharing your recipies as well.. Its really hard to beat a nice get together and enjoy food and family ..again the simple things are always best. !!! :clap:

Bacon - 3 beers - molasses - 1 large Onion - paprika - ginger - beans - roux at the end of a 4 hour bake to thicken up.
