Haven't seen this yet. Mind you, I LOVE bourbon; drink it straight up (Makers Mark or Wild Turkey)... However, that I recall everyone at best thought it completely controlled the taste and therefore completely masked the flavor of the meat itself. At worst some folks hated the taste of bourbon or didnt drink alcohol at all so were offended to no end that alcohol was part of the sauce.
Trust me, you'll be luckly if you get 3 of the 6 to give you good scores.
