I'm telling you, this PBC is absolute brain dead cooking at its finest...threw those baby-backs on at 9:45, pulled them at 12:00 (perfect toothpick test results), brushed with sauce, about 12-15 more mins over heat, and wa-lah. Easy peasy lunch.

Did you hang them back in the PBC after saucing or did you lay them on a grate (or something else?)

Rehung... I've never even come close to losing anything from the hook. Besides, taking out the hook, and putting them on the grate would be way to much work ;-)
