Zip's pork fried rice last week inspired me.
Rubbed 2 slices of pork loin that were doing nothing in the freezer with some Big JT's Sweet and Spicy Rub, first time I have tried it and like it a lot! Grilled them over some dreaded Cowboy lump.
Put the wok on the grill and got it smoking, added EVOO and some frozen Costco veggies. While that was going I sliced up the pork and tossed it in with some Trader Joes Soyaki sauce. Let that cook and pulled ouy my 30 year old rice cooker that my wife wants me to throw out (aint gonna happen) and cooked some plain old white rice in, and put that in with the rest.
Just a simple quick weeknight meal that did not require much prep
