Ribs on a 18.5 kettle WFO Style
Trimmed some spares down to St.Louis cut and rubbed with Fiesta Pork Rub.
http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...psb181146e.jpg Using some rebranded RO briqs and apple wood and going indirect WFO (wide the FARK open)!! No need in knowing what the temp is. Now that the thin blue is rolling, it's time to start. http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...psaa3bde74.jpg http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...psc8913c5f.jpg After a day of this... http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...ps262456b1.jpg It's time for a few of these while we wait!! http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...psa9cbe86c.jpg Will update as we move along. Stay tuned. |
