Nothing fancy just simple burgers and drumettes
Seasoned the drumies with Plowboys Yardbird. Went indirect for about 30mins then direct for a few mins each side, then sauced with Sweet Baby Rays.

Made the patties thin and direct. http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...pscd590d33.jpg http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...ps65caae93.jpg Then sliced some Colby Jack to melt on the patties. http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7299d25a.jpg http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...psb85b238b.jpg Then served it on potatoes rolls with ketchup and Siracha Hot Sauce. Nothing fancy, but supper good!! http://i1309.photobucket.com/albums/...ps46a4246a.jpg |
