I will get an average of 50 -70 degree temp variation from one end to the other.
I am working on a baffle to help even out the temps.
here's a drawing of the baffle, if anyone has suggestions let me know.

With the propane burners I have buried the temp gauge and fried my Taylor probes, So I am guessing it may have been 500 + degrees.

It cooks fine at about 350 for Beer can chicken, but need to tweak it for lower temp cooks.
I would be happy with about 30 - 40 degree difference in temp, this I would use to my advantage

Never make the wife mad with that ax about waste high and at the cutting board. She might get some ideas...
