Very nice! Reminds me of the Italian beef sandwiches I used to eat in Chicago while I was at school.
|
taste almost exactly the same we've been looking for that taste since we moved back to PA from CHICAGO. Thanks for looking.

That looks delicious!

I had some smoked bottom round at a bbq rest. in Alabama called Lawler's. They serve everything pulled, though. It was pretty good, but I'd just as soon had it thin sliced. I wish I knew what they put in it to keep it moist, though. It was just the right amount of vinegar and spices and ???....and it didn't overpower the beef.

I'd hit that no matter who cooked it or what it was... Loooks super!
