vacu-sucked brisket flat

Got one thawed in the fridge. How long would you simmer before serving?

It depends... How much liquid smoke are you simmering it in?

Thaw in microwave

Wait, this is a delicious smoked brisket that I vacusucked whole. Now I just want to reheat it. There really is some serious mid-winter malaise going on here. Now straighten up, fly right and give me a serious damn answer or I swear I'll reign down mid-winter malaise all over your sorry asses. I've got guests coming that are depending on you pharkers.

40 min simmering and it was heated through.

I fully apologize and unban you. Simmering in water in a bag makes for the best reheat i believe!
