Cambro gasket question

I actually bought two Carlisle pc300n's off of cl, but the gasket seems to have a gap between it and the door on the to right corner away from the hinge, can this be fixed with an adjustment, the gasket its OK

First I would ensure that the door is not warped. It could also be a bad (loose/sprung) latch or hinge assembly. You might want to contact Carlisle directly (1-877-877-4379). They also offer online Chat service.

I have received very good service from them both by phone and online.

If yours is a PC300N01 this link has parts listed at the bottom of the page.

Check the alignment if it is ok the door is probably starting to warp. They will still work great unless your using a lot. What I found is that when not in use to remove the gasket and not keep the door latched with the gasket on unless in use. If you do it will premature warp. I think the design should have all the hinges on the corners instead of down a couple inches.

Thanks guys, I plan on cleaning them up sometime here in the future, and toying around with them, my friend picked them up for me and the guy said he had 5 of them, I told him give me the best two, but I am wondering if he did. the door does not physically look warped to me, (the inside roof does however), I am hoping I can adjust the hinges and get the door in place, when I pick up on the bottom of the door it lines up better, but when I just latch it, it has like a 1/4" gap, I just assume heat would rapidly escale from here. I will have to test them myslef I guess and see how something warm holds up in there.
