PBC Meatloaf

Nice picture! How about some details on the meatloaf and the cook?
 
Not mine but looked good. Picked the recipe here on a previous thread...

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork sausage
18 saltine or ritz crackers, crushed (used Ritz)
1/2 green bell pepper, diced (used Red)
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Memphis Dust(my addition)
 
The best part of a Smoky loaf its the left overs, cheap azz white bread a good smear of DUKES and a 'mater slice. YUM!
