I saw lamb and then I saw it was lamb from Australia so I thought of our Brother SmokinAussie...since lamb is up his alley. |

Very nice! I also enjoy the rack of lamb from TJ's. I'm the only one in the family who will eat lamb, so I don't cook it often enough.
