http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0001-27.jpg
I just finished mowing the back yard lawn, what a beautiful day in Ventura, Ca.
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0007-20.jpg

http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...l/new/-1-1.jpg
1.29 lb. frozen and marinaded rack of lamb Jackie and I really like them for a quick meal
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0012-22.jpg
Baked two russet potatoes in the oven so I could stuff them and finish them in the Egg
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0009-22.jpg
Diced up a shallot, brown mushrooms, garlic, bacon, and some jalapeno
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0015-14.jpg

http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0017-13.jpg
Scooped out the center of the potato mixed in mixture of meat and vegetables and sour cream
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0018-14.jpg

http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...SC_0020-11.jpg
Stuffed the potato and graded some sharp cheddar cheese and fresh chives from the garden
Also added some Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...DSC_0030-5.jpg
Ready to Sear on the Egg
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...DSC_0032-2.jpg
Seared for 3-min. a side
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...DSC_0033-4.jpg
Put on the raised grid with the rack and potatoes to roast 20-min. @ 400*
http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...DSC_0046-2.jpg
Sliced and ready to serve

Your yard is very nice....a great place to hang out, I bet. Your meal looks right next to perfect. It would be perfect if it were on a plate here instead of there :)

Sorry for the confusion Rossz!
I saw lamb and then I saw it was lamb from Australia so I thought of our Brother SmokinAussie...since lamb is up his alley.

Very nice! I also enjoy the rack of lamb from TJ's. I'm the only one in the family who will eat lamb, so I don't cook it often enough.
