Hello to all. I am glad I came across this website. I have found out no matter how much you know about a subject there's always someone out there that knows more or something you don't know. I have been grilling and smoking for over 40 years. My current smokers are all Oklahoma Joe's. One Highlander and 2 Broncos. One Bronco at home and the other with my camper. I currently live in the Omaha Nebraska area but will be soon moving to the Ozarks of Missouri.
