somebody shut me the fark up.
Looking for something different for dinner yesterday and found these chops on sale. Looked pretty good so we bought them. Only cooked lamb once or twice so played it safe with evoo, salt, black pepper, cayenne. Put crushed rosemary only on one. Grilled them rare, plated with broccoli, and PatioDaddio's funky refried beans. Not unhappy here. Maybe go back and get some mo. Thanks for lookin'.
