Seeing a lot about Hasselback Potatoes, thought I would givie it a try...
Cut the potatoes, put some of my Seasoned Salt, sprayed it down with some oil, and cooked for 45 min.@ 430*, Topped with a mixture of Parmesan cheese, Panko, and Olive oil, of course you know I added sour cream
I had some leftover Tri Tip, I made a nice meat sandwich, with a Mustard/Mayo/horseraddish sauce...good eats for leftovers!
