When we opened the cryo on the brisket ... it was spoiled.
Had to toss it in the trash at take a fat ZERO for brisket.

Thanks Dallas, we just got back home.....it was a BLAST....until we left, one wrong turn and we spent 2.5 hours in hairpin turns going up and down the mountains in a hellova thunderstorm.

Was great to meet ya Rix! I wish we had known about the brisket, one of the other teams made a run to the Big Wally World for the same reason, and they came back with a pretty nice packer....

This is now on a yearly WILL NOT MISS contest....I have never (sorry Jim) been to a contest that was such a well oiled machine....and the teams treated so well.....2 phenomenal dinners, breakfeasts.....etc...etc....etc....(though Kettering spoils too)....the turn out and the teams that were just on the wait list.....I will not lose my spot here......

Great to meet all, and now, TIME FOR BED!!

I've been twisting Brian's arm to get him to team up with me but it hasn't worked. So I have to go at it alone... lol But I do have a couple of friends that will come with me to help with the set-up and turn-ins... So we'll see how it goes this summer. I'll definitely give you a holla to tell you how I did.
