How much?

I was asked to smoke some butts for a family in the church whose Dad passed away unexpectedley. They want me to do enough for approximately 50 people. All I am doing is providing the meat, other church members will handle the rest. How many butts do yall think I should need?? Thanks for any advice!:mrgreen:

25lbs. uncooked should get her done! This will come to approximately 12.5 lb. cooked pork.
Which will give you about 1/4 lb per. YMMV!:biggrin:
