I have a 10x10 EZ Up and am in the design phase of a team logo. I was wondering what size banners you guys use and where you hang it, meaning on the front or in the back inside.

At comps I do it out front kind of like a wall between me & the general public....

When we cook for our church we put it in the back so we can greet people.... When $ is on the line I'm all buisness!

Those are both good points. Maybe I should have started this thread as, show me your banners

Mine is a 3' x 9' that I can stretch between the legs of the tent and either have it go from ground to waist high or top to waist down for competitions with annoying crowds. Nothing worse than being in middle of turn in and hearing people begging for food!

Dont make the same mistake I did. I thought 10x10 meant 10x10...well not quite. I designed a 10' banner which was just a hair too long. Oh well, we made it work for a little while until I built a frame for it to go over top of our EZup.

Here's before (not horrible, but we could never get it tight enough to not wrinkle):

Here's after:

Just like PorkingINPublic, we use ours as a wall at comps.

We prefer our banner to cover the bottom portion of the 10 foot front of the EZ Up. It covers the table legs, allows us to hide all the crap that we are storing under the table and lets us socialize with others.

I bought an 8'x3' banner as a "standard" size, and I think it fits in my 10x10 canopy just about perfectly. It has grommets, through which I run a carabener, and then use bungees to secure it. I use the carabeners because the plastic hooks on the bungees won't both fit through the grommets.

It fits well, but we end up blocking our front entrance with the sign and now have to walk around:( I've actually been meening to start a thread like this to see what others have done, so thank you! I had planned on building a PVC frame for it, and it looks like there are some good ideas here. If you don't want to store your sign in the back of your canopy, and only have one entrance, I'd recommend a frame.
