Dinner of Champions! Brisket!
Cooked a brisket yesterday for tonight's national championship game.
Had the family over to watch. http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f...E2C7DA6F28.jpg My dad..... http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f...A4E65BA700.jpg |
Congrats. Not much of a matchup but I am sure you are happy. Brisket looks great. What was your cook time and temp?
|
Not sure there is any real matchup out there. Sure a&m won a game, but when you look at it Bama lost that game, they weren't beat...
Time was 11 hrs on the cooker and it cooked around 250. |
A "W" is a "W" and an "L" is an "L" with or without an asterisk. Go Aggies!

I'm not sure I am even allowed to view those pix because I live in Kalifornia.
I need to get me a high capacity clip for Monte Cristo's:biggrin1: |
Somebody spill a bloody mary on that plate of cow:tsk:
