Bon Voyage Bash tomorrow, expecting upwards of 50 people I have the following and want to add chicken. What say ye?

12 racks of St Louis Ribs
13 lbs of Pulled Pork
17 lbs Brisket
Chicken Pieces? How many would you cook?

That's a tough one. I'm of the opinion that I need enough of everything for each person to have some if they want, so I would cook 50 pieces. But that's just me.

For the pork and brisket is that cooked weight or raw weight?

Cooked weights, Ronelle. I am thinking maybe doing whole roasters, whattcha think?

Whole roasters are easier to cook, but more work to serve. If you count wings as pieces you could get by with 7 birds with a few pieces to spare.
