all sliced. I can never seem to get a good smoke ring on ANYTHING i cook, ever. Oh well it still tastes damn good.
 
Looks pretty good, try some cherry wood along with whatever you use, might help.
 
Ill do that, i pretty much exclusively use oak, since i get it for free, but ill get some for next time and see how it goes.
