Hey from the Sierra Nevada
Hello from Jonathan ,
Homemade barrel grill , UDS , Brinkman style vertical , built in Brick Standup w/rotis , Gasser for Mama , mini Kamato . Do a little bit of everything. We get deer ,wild pigs , turkeys ,quail ect. Salmon , ling cod , yellowtail , trout . Learned to make bacon and ham from Foxfire . Have friends who raise beef and pigs so we are lucky that way . I also like using smoked meat in making Mexican food . Been a lurker for a while ..... Kinda bored with my rubs and finishes . |
