I was picking up some groceries yesterday afternoon and saw a few packages cryo'd that were labeled "lamb belly". They were selling for 1.89 a lb so I picked up a small package. Once I opened them up I realized they resembled beef ribs...so, that's how I cooked them. Came out pretty good!

Threw on some big baby's too just in case the lamb didn't come out to hot.

And then I just got carried away, so I went ahead and threw a little chicken into the mix.

A quick impulse buy turned into a three meat feast. Thanks for lookin!

I've not tried lamb ribs alone.. those look really tasty!!
Great looking feast Mrtodd!

I tried them a couple of months ago. Looks like yours turned out better than mine did. The amount of fat on mine was a little much for me and one of them had a nasty membrane between the fat and the edible meat. Looking at yours makes me want to try them agai. Though.

Did you get them at Walmart?

Regular item here, although those suckers you had would be classed as mutton ribs here, they are HUGE!
I'm envious.
Very fatty and take some rendering, but really tasty.
Better in other styles of cooking too.
Paprika S&P and thyme/rosemary/bay is one of my favourite rubs, with garlic.
