My night to cook

The boss lady went to her exercise group tonight and informs me that I have to cook my own dinner. So I settled for a little mushroom pilaf, fresh buttered corn off the cob, cherry-smoked BBQ chicken thighs, and a home brewed pale ale. >SIGH< Life can be rough sometimes.
