Introducing the Great Lakes BBQ Association's Beak to Beak Invitational 2013. If your team has the top chicken at any of the 2013 KCBS Events in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin held by 8/17/2013 you will be invited to participate in this winner take all event that will take place at the Silver Lake Apple BBQ Festival being held 9/13/2013 in Mears, MI.

The winner is guaranteed a minimum of:

$500 in cash
$250 gift certificate to TheBBQSuperstore.com
$250 free entry to Smokin' on the Water 2014 in Liberty, IN
$200 free entry to Parkinsons Smoke Out 2014 in Evansville, IN
$200 free entry in to Silver Lake Apple & BBQ Festival 2014 Mears, MI
$250 free entry in to Masters in May 2014 Fremont, WI

We are contacting organizers every day and hope to add to this list in the near future. Last year we also had over $500 in BBQ supplies donated by various sponsors, and we hope they will join us again.

We just got word from the organizer of the New Palestine Wine, Brew & Bar-B-Que Too competition that they are throwing in a free entry in to their 2014 event to the winner of the B2B worth $250.

We are up to $1900 in cash, prizes, and free entries for the winner just for cooking some chicken!
