Yes we do - 'cause it's yummy!

Fry up a 1lb of smoked bacon, add to a 1lb of browned italian sausage, 1 bell pepper chopped, 1 onion chopped and 1 tablespoon EVOO, some parsley, ground black pepper, and a pinch of sea salt.

As meat/veggie mixture to shell. Then mix your eggs and half & half, and add your egg mixture to within a 1/2" of the top of the shell. Put into 350 egg/kettle or oven, and bake.
