Looks like some old school NC Style pork to me!!!
The skin is good mixed in the pulled if you crisp it a little and chop it up. Adds a little texture to it. Very good!!! |
I prefer Picnic - Deeper or Richer Pork taste. And they're Cheaper! :grin: Take them off just a tad sooner and they R Great Sliced n Chunked!
