Some DO Bierocks
Nothing fancy, just made a batch of bierocks the other day.
For the dough I use.. 1 1/4 cups of warm water 1 pkg of yeast 2 TBs oil 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 3 1/2 cups of flour (more if needed) I disolve the yeast in water, add the sugar, oil and then the salt.. stir in 2 cups of flour and add enough of the remaining flour to make the dough come together. Knead 5 minutes, cover and rest for 1 hour. then divide and roll out. http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps593c75a3.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps1edee32e.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...psf6c85a99.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps3e955f44.jpg hamburger, onion, garlic and shredded cabbage...salt and lots of black pepper. http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...psb2e52549.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...psd1f74114.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...psdadb2b69.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps4dd6c2d2.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps8b311040.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps144cd5bc.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...psb86cfc18.jpg http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...ps90746a90.jpg I ate one and wrapped the rest for quick freezer meals. Thanks for looking! :) |
