That's how we do in the 907!!! :D
You beat my personal record of 3 degrees above 0. But not often that cold down in the big city. Have to say I don't mind not having to deal with snow and temps like that when BBQ'ing nowadays, but come August I wish I was back home. |
That is one beautiful pork loin! The steak ain't bad either! :becky:

Looking nice... thinking you are the ringer for "Most Extreme Brethren" :-D

That's great! Dedication. :thumb:
I did a smoke last year when it was like -6* or so. How much fuel did it use? With two vents open and -34*, I'm guessing a bit more than normal. Consider wrapping your smoke with a welding blanket or some other type of insulation. It will help conserve charcoal, which will come in handy on a longer cook. |
I had no idea thermometers went backwards like that! Here in God's Country  We don't need them to go much past 40F.

LoL If I could have the hunting and fishing like up here and never go lower then 40.... I'd so be there pwa |
Nice Job! I guess I should not worry about getting down to 45 degrees here on the coast.
|
Nice to know that it can be done in such snowy conditions. I have hope for this coming winter.
|
Right on Pwa! I live in Minnesota & were heading that direction as far as the cold goes. Your sending that crap my way! Fark, I'm still not ready. Thats why we drink so much, gotta keep that blood a flowin. I'm working on getting all my UDS supplies together because all I have is my 22.5'' Weber & Smokey Joe, need more cooking space. Whoever says you can't grill or BBQ year round is crazy. I do all the time, wintertime is a good excuse to slip outside to my shop & get away from rugrats for a bit! Nice looking food ya got there. Stay warm & keep that blood flowin!
