Seared Wagyu Eye Fillet with Japanese Mushrooms
Decided to sear another piece of Wagyu Beef fillet.
Seared it for 2 minutes either side at around 360-380C. Then let it rest for about 6 minutes in which time I cooked up some Japanese mushrooms in butter, EVOO, lemon rind and dill. http://i39.tinypic.com/14cqq6t.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/2b4jr9.jpg http://i41.tinypic.com/64nkwj.jpg http://i44.tinypic.com/6j0qoh.jpg I might have licked the plate clean as well. http://i42.tinypic.com/elfo3.jpg Just gotta say you can't beat a cast iron grill!!!!!! |
