Rob is the Owner/President of the BBQ Shop Inc, as well as a member of Noe's Competition BBQ Team. Rob has brought his BBQ teaching skills to local universities in the Niagara Region. Rob has many years of hands on cooking experience and is reaady to share his knowledge with YOU. Come out and learn from one of the Regions best! Rob will teach abour Ribs, Pork, Rubs, Equipment and much more! It promises to be a great time for everyone.
