Our new BBQ restaurant in Orange, CA is opening in Aug. We are looking for a pitmaster! The position is full time and requires passion and love of BBQ! We will be serving brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, chicken and other smoked meats. Outr goal is to serve authentic BBQ and to show our guest a great representation of classic BBQ. We expect to smoke 2000-3000 lbs per week on a week and using an Ole Hickory SSJ. Owners are experienced restauranteurs and currently operate a high volume successful BBQ restaurant.
