Pilot Knife skills class
 
Based on a number of requests I've developed a basic knife skills class. It will cover selection, care maintenance & sharpening of the knives themselves and will include a hands on workshop on basic cutting and butchery techniques.

I'm looking for 12 volunteers to test pilot the class, probably Saturday October 13th. Location is yet to be determined but it will be somewhere in the Washington / Baltimore area. Shoot me a message if interested.
