Tried the 3-2-1 method on a couple racks of spare ribs. When wrapping, I put parkay, brown sugar and honey on the ribs then put them meat side down in the foil. Man, these tasted great! These may have actually been slightly overcooked because the bones were falling out. But they were juicy and tender! Definitely going to cook these again soon! Now for the pron:
