Small contest: Ribs only in South Dakota
 

Great little contest in Aberdeen SD on July 8th at the Great Aberdeen Pig Out.
Ribs only (although there is also an anything goes bean dish contest too.)
They will be giving out over $1000.00 in cash and prizes to the winners.

This would be a great contest to enter if your just getting into competing, or want to try a quick one day contest. There usually are no "professional" bbq teams that participate in this one so everyone has a realy good chance at winning.
