How many pounds

Looking for input for 175 people need half pork butt and half brisket. How many pounds of each of raw meat will I need?
4 servings per pound.

About 90 pounds total raw weight, more or less depending on sides. And depending on if you are controlling the portions or if it is self serve.

Yup. 90 lbs will cover you.

I ordered 2 cases of meat thinking they would be about 60 to 70 lbs. The pork butt case came in at 78 lbs but the beef came in at only 48 lbs. Was thinking the beef would be a little short after cooking but maybe not if I 90 lbs total works out.

That is plenty of meat.

Four servings per pound only stands when there is more than one meat. Is everyone getting both, or do they pick?

Otherwise use three servings per pound.
