Last weekend did up some BB Ribs, and some Butt n Brisket for the freezer. Well, our son got ahold of the butt, and :shock: there was none for the freezer :cool:.

Cooked on the WSM at 275* The butt was rubbed with Hog Waller, the Brisket with some Wolfe Rub original and Hoochie Mama.

The Ribs were rubbed with Wolfe Rub Bold and Hog Waller.

Also a pot o beans went on the smoker with some onions and homegrown peppers.

I'd hit all that...............looks really good.

What'd ya use for smoke wood?
 
Looks perfect. I really dig the beans, sure bet they were good.
