Hello

I am cooking on a XL BGE and wanted to cook semi homemade pizzas today. I was looking for some recipes and cooking temps and times.

ashmaker, with that setup I would get it up to about 500, hold it there for 30 minutes, then put the pie on. Since you are using pre-made dough, just sauce & top it as you want. At 500, it should take about 10 minutes to cook, just keep an eye on it. For some additional information & more specific details, click on this link, good luck, Marc
