Brisket Experiment
I am doing a brisket overnight in order to track my results for the upcoming comp. I'm too sleepy to post it twice so check it out at my blog. The Survival Gourmet
More details and pics when I wake up! |
Shameless blog plugger!
|
So I'm lazy. Sue me.
|
My cheapo Bullet smoker held temps for 8.5 hours with no extra fuel. Brisket is wrapped and back in the smoker. Check out the blog for more details and pics.

Looking good Mister

If your Brisket tastes as good as it looks your experiment will be a major success.

Looked at the blog, the brisket looks like it is going/went well. I know you will do well. Are you going to attempt to run a test under contest conditions? Is this the smoker you are going to use when you compete? |

Hi, MrsMista! Jus kidding with the big guy! Brisket looks good, Mista! |
Neil just brought about 2 lbs of brisket up to my job and the folks were like vultures. I couldn't leave my desk to share before everyone was already at my desk. They would have licked the plate if I wasn't watching. It's all gone
