Did anyone cook in the Benbrook Cook Off last year? If so how was it? I am just getting into competition cooking any tips?

It is South of Fort Worth off 377 and I 20. Cook off is Oct 15 2011

Tony76248 won GC last year. Small comp. A few larger comps within a couple of weeks.

About 3 or 4 of us will be at Keller 9/30-10/1, and at Traders Village the next week.
