I needed a break after cooking three turkeys for thanksgiving so I decided to make a pig entirely out of pork. Hot sausage legs, ground sausage body, vienna sausage nose, pork rind tail, ham ears and a bacon wrap then slow smoked to porky perfection...

We polished 'er off this morning. The kids didn't care for the spicy legs so mayb next time I use something more mild.
