Alton's Honey Brined Turkey w/PRON

AB has done it again... I brined the bird (14 pounder) with this recipe, let her sit overnight in the fridge, the smoked her with apple and cherry for about 3 hours at 350.

Simply fantastic!

Found out this is the brine my wife used. At around 350 on a BGE for who kept track how long it came out like this....

Not too bad for the 3rd thing I ever cooked on my egg. Hopefully I just keep getting better with experience.
